1. Evaluation Process
CHIE provides a structured screening assessment. All outcomes, scores, and feedback are for advisory purposes and do not constitute a binding legal agreement to invest or partner with RBC.
2. Accuracy of Information
Founders must provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information. Any detected discrepancies may lead to immediate disqualification from the screening process.
3. Intellectual Property
CHIE respects your IP. Submitting information to the portal does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to RBC. However, we assume no liability for the similarity of independent internal developments.
