By using the Chiestra Racehorse Business Private Limited (RBC) website or CHIE platform, reports, assessments, and related services, you agree to the following terms:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and updated information during registration, KYB, discovery, and assessment activities. The quality and reliability of the assessment depend significantly on the information provided by you.
• CHIE is a business assessment, gap discovery, research, and consulting intelligence service. It is intended to support business decision-making and should not be considered legal, financial, tax, investment, valuation, or regulatory advice.
• RBC and CHIE make reasonable efforts to provide the best possible assessment based on available information, research, market intelligence, and customer inputs. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of all information used in the assessment.
• Some information used in assessments may be obtained from public sources, third-party databases, market research platforms, AI systems, LLMs, and external providers. RBC has no direct control over such sources and shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or changes in such information.
• RBC and CHIE do not guarantee business success, revenue growth, profitability, fundraising, customer acquisition, valuation improvement, market expansion, or investment outcomes. All business decisions remain solely the responsibility of the customer.
• Pricing of services may be revised, modified, increased, decreased, or withdrawn at any time based on internal business decisions of RBC without prior notice to customers or website users.
• RBC reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, reject, cancel, or terminate any service, assessment, engagement, proposal, contract, subscription, or customer relationship at its sole discretion.
• All reports, methodologies, frameworks, scoring models, assessment processes, content, and intellectual property associated with CHIE remain the exclusive property of Chiestra Racehorse Business Private Limited.
• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from the use of RBC or CHIE services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
