Refund Policy

The CHIE basic screening assessment is currently provided free of charge as part of the RBC founder-first initiative.

Since no payments are collected for the initial screening, no refunds are applicable at this stage. Any premium or consulting services involving fees will have specific contractual refund terms stated at the point of engagement.
